School Paraprofessional (Severe)
About The Position
As a BrightBee Paraprofessional, you’ll support students in local schools—helping them learn, grow, and succeed. You might work 1:1 with a student or support a classroom alongside a teacher. No two days are the same—but every day matters. We are currently partnered with the following school districts. During your interview we will go into detail about what assignments are available at these sites. The more sites and assignment types you are open to working, the more your earning potential is. Work 2–5 days per week (Monday- Friday). Schedule/Hours Available Full school day. Great as a side hustle or consistent weekly income. If you want flexible work AND meaningful impact—this is it.
Requirements
- 48 college credits
- Experience working with students with severe disabilities
- Pass a background check
- Follow safety and reporting guidelines
- Complete required school clearances which you are responsible for paying.
- Prior to working with students, you will need to pass a background check, livescan and may need to obtain other necessary testing/clearances and provide us with authorization to contact former employers.

- RBT experience a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Support students with learning and classroom activities
