About The Position

As a BrightBee Paraprofessional, you’ll support students in local schools—helping them learn, grow, and succeed. You might work 1:1 with a student or support a classroom alongside a teacher. No two days are the same—but every day matters. We are currently partnered with the following school districts. During your interview we will go into detail about what assignments are available at these sites. The more sites and assignment types you are open to working, the more your earning potential is. Work 2–5 days per week (Monday- Friday). Requirements

48 college credits
Experience working with students with severe disabilities
Pass a background check
Follow safety and reporting guidelines
Complete required school clearances which you are responsible for paying.
Costs associated with the clearance process are the sole responsibility of the candidate, as this engagement is for an independent contractor role rather than a traditional employment position. Requirements vary by state but may include the cost of a background check, obtaining a copy of any college transcript you have, and the cost of completing Mandated Reporter training.
Prior to working with students, you will need to pass a background check, livescan and may need to obtain other necessary testing/clearances and provide us with authorization to contact former employers.
