About The Position
School Food Service Manager needed for food service program in the Winter Haven, FL area. This is a Monday through Friday, day shift position with summers off. No weekends or holidays are required. The ideal candidate will have a good attitude and be a reliable team player. We will provide training for manager responsibilities.
Requirements
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and food safety standards.
- Experience with leading a team.

- ServSafe® certification (training will be provided to obtain the certificate if not already held).
Responsibilities
- Oversee cafeteria operation on a daily basis, including serving and food preparation.
- Ensure quality and food safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Prepare inventories and month-end paperwork.
- Oversee cafeteria staff and staffing needs.
