About The Position

Campus Services Group (CSG) is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to help maintain a clean and safe environment within its facilities. The role performs and leads custodial work, operates industrial cleaning equipment, and supervises environmental services staff. The supervisor may assume responsibility when the Account Manager is absent and assists with staff training, quality control, and in-servicing. The position is located at 601 E Main St, Collegeville, PA 19426, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to midnight. A valid driver’s license is required, and the employee will operate a vehicle on campus. The listed pay rate is $20.00–$22.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Two years of experience in Environmental Services; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to understand in-services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and chemical handling.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work various shifts.
• Ability to work around cleaning products.
• Must reside within the service area.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
• Must provide a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead custodial tasks as needed.
• Operate various industrial cleaning equipment.
• Supervise small groups of custodial staff on different shifts.
• Assume responsibility in the absence of the Account Manager.
• Assist with staff training, quality control, and in-servicing.
• Use protective gear during all cleaning tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Operate a vehicle on campus.
