About The Position
School Crossing Guard in Jupiter for Palm Beach County Sherriff's Office. Guards need to reside in Zip Code(s): 33410 and 33458. Hours: Monday–Friday, school days only (Before and After School Hours). Pay: $21.00 per hour. School Crossing Guards work scheduled shifts before and after school dismissal times, Monday through Friday. Typical schedules are 2 hours per day. Requirements

- Ability to communicate through English is required by Palm Beach Sheriff's Office.
Responsibilities
- Safely guide pedestrians across designated intersections or crosswalks.
- Monitor traffic flow to ensure safety for all pedestrians.
- Remain alert and observant to ensure student safety at all times.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school personnel.
- Monitor traffic flow and stop vehicles as needed to ensure safe crossings
