About The Position

All City Management Services is hiring School Crossing Guards in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. Crossing Guards help students travel safely to and from school while supporting safe traffic flow near designated school crossings. The position follows the local school calendar and has split shifts: one half-hour before school and one half-hour after school. Working both shifts totals one hour per day and pays $38 per day; each half-hour shift pays $19. There are no scheduled shifts on weekends, school holidays, or during summer break. Paid training and safety equipment are provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand during scheduled shifts.
• Must have strong communication and observation skills.
