About The Position
All City Management Services is hiring School Crossing Guards in Agoura Hills, California. Guards work before and after school, Monday through Friday, following the local school calendar. Candidates working both assigned shifts work 1.75 hours per day and receive additional paid bonus time, for total daily earnings of $60.00. The role helps create a safer route for students walking to and from school and provides a familiar, trusted presence in the neighborhood.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Comfortable working outdoors.
- Able to stand during scheduled shifts.
- Strong communication and observation skills.

- Living in or near Agoura Hills may be better suited to the scheduled shift times.
Responsibilities
- Assist students and pedestrians at designated crossings.
- Help maintain safe traffic flow around schools.
- Watch for changing traffic conditions.
- Communicate professionally with students, parents, school staff, and drivers.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
