About The Position

Catapult Learning is seeking a PA Certified School Counselor or PA Licensed Social Worker to work as the Family Connection Liaisons at Philadelphia non-public schools for the 2026-27 school year. This role involves being an advocate, difference maker, and mentor for students. The position offers flexibility in terms of working year-round and/or during the summer, and can be either full-time or part-time.

Requirements

• Active PA School Counseling Certification or Licensed Social Worker required by contract
• Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication.
• Catapult Learning employees are subject to state and local licensure and pre-employment screening.

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling, group guidance lessons, and consultations.
• Consult and collaborate with both school personnel and parents/guardians to develop specific interventions on behalf of eligible students.
• Refer students and families to appropriate community agencies.
• Provide parent involvement workshops.
• Complete documentation in compliance with the School District and Catapult Learning requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
