About The Position

North America Central is seeking responsible and reliable School Bus Drivers who care about children and are committed to safety and customer service. Drivers transport students safely, greet them positively, and communicate and cooperate with school personnel, parents, and students. The role may involve driving a regular route or serving as a regular, spare, or charter driver. Drivers must be able to understand street signs, route sheets, and maps, and attend safety and training meetings. The position offers flexible hours, time off during school holidays, and a guaranteed four hours per day, with additional hours available through trips and charters. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have held a valid driver's license for three years or longer.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and caring attitude toward children.

Responsibilities

• Drive a regular route or work as a regular, spare, or charter driver.
• Read and understand street signs, route sheets, and maps.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip bus inspections, including child checks.
• Transport students safely and greet them with a positive attitude.
• Cooperate and communicate with school personnel, parents, and students.
• Attend all safety and training meetings.
