About The Position

We are hiring School Bus Drivers in the Phoenix/Glendale area. This position offers a dependable job with great pay, paid training, and excellent benefits. No CDL? No problem — we provide paid training to help you get certified and on the road quickly. The role involves safely transporting students to and from school, field trips, and activities, following designated routes and schedules, conducting pre-trip vehicle inspections, and maintaining a safe environment for students.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Clean driving record required
• No more than 2 violations
• No DUI/DWI within the last 10 years
• Must pass background check, fingerprint clearance, and drug screening
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Must meet DOT medical and physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school, field trips, and activities
• Follow designated routes and schedules
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and safety checks
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for all students
• Comply with all traffic laws and transportation safety standards
