About The Position
School Bus Drivers are needed for the Tri-Valley School District in Colton, SD. This position offers a sign-on bonus and is hiring immediately for the 2026/2027 School Year. We are looking for Full-time School Bus Route Drivers, Activity Bus Drivers, and Sub Drivers.
Requirements
- Possess or willing to obtain CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements. (We offer training, please inquire about CDL assistance)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical, background checks and drug testing
- Passion for working with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to and from school and/or activities
- Ensure the well-being of students during the ride
- Follow safety protocols and traffic laws
- Provide a positive and friendly atmosphere for students
