About The Position

DATTCO provides classroom and behind-the-wheel training with certified instructors to help trainees obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements. Trainees learn state and federal school transportation regulations, defensive driving techniques, student management, vehicle inspections, and safe school bus operation. After completing training and licensing requirements, trainees transition into a School Bus Driver role. Trainees may have the opportunity to work as a School Bus Monitor during training, subject to route availability.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
• Ability to obtain a CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements.
• Ability to pass required background checks, drug screening, and DOT physical requirements.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Responsibilities
