About The Position

Requirements

• Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and CA School Bus Certificate (DL45) (for certified drivers)
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years experience (for non-certified drivers)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Willingness to obtain CDL (training provided for non-certified)
• Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely, following regulations and company procedures
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues
• Maintain scheduled routes and timely performance
• Manage student behavior and ensure passenger safety
