About The Position
Cross Country Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Bridgeport, Connecticut, to support K–12 students in developing communication skills and achieving academic goals. The role involves conducting evaluations, providing therapy, monitoring progress, and developing individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ goals and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The SLP collaborates with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams, and maintains accurate clinical documentation, including evaluation reports, treatment notes, and progress summaries.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

Responsibilities
