School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist
About The Position
Cross Country Education is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist in Ellicott City, Maryland, to provide services to K–12 students with diverse communication needs. The role focuses on helping students develop communication skills that support their academic success and broader potential. The position offers a consistent, full-time workweek of 35 or more hours. SLPs are offered $54.20–$55.30 per hour, and Clinical Fellows are offered $51.20–$52.30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Pay is weekly, with bonus opportunities. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
- Experienced SLP-CCCs and Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary, middle, and high school students with diverse communication needs.
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop individualized treatment goals and intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and school support teams to promote students’ communication skills and academic success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress.
- Support IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring.
