CLFC Healthcare and Communications is seeking two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to lead the behavioral work for Anne Arundel County Public Schools' Behavioral and Mental Health Residency Model. This model places a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and a licensed mental health provider, in twelve elementary schools serving high acuity students with significant social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. The BCBA role involves conducting functional behavioral assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, providing classroom observation and consultation, coaching educational personnel, and supervising RBTs. This position offers the opportunity to apply BCBA training within a supportive school environment.
