About The Position

PRO is seeking a full-time, year-round School-Based Behavioral Health Technician for its CSBBH IBHS team serving the Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania area. The role supports K–12 clients and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The position provides individualized therapeutic support in school and other settings, working with clients, families, school staff, and treatment teams. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service area.
• Strong desire and motivation to work with children and youth with a behavioral health diagnosis.
• At least one year of experience working with children with behavioral challenges.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training, 3rd edition task list.
• Current clearances, obtained within the last six months.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Behavioral Health Technician is highly preferred.
• Safety-Care certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in supervision and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure quality client care.
