School Based BCBA (Cecil County)
About The Position
Looking for a BCBA role with predictable hours, strong team support, and a sustainable caseload? If so, join Devereux as a school-based BCBA where you’ll make a meaningful impact, without working in isolation or dealing with unpredictable hours. This is a 10-month position located in Cecil County, Maryland, with the option to work Extended School Year (ESY) in the summer. The role offers a competitive salary and additional earning potential for ESY work. You will provide behavioral support to students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities, conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop and implement behavior intervention plans, train and support school staff on behavior strategies, and collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral support to students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities
