School Based BCBA (New Castle County)
About The Position
Devereux is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a BCBA Consultant for schools in Delaware, specifically in New Castle County. This is a 10-month position with school-based hours, offering the option to work an Extended School Year (ESY) in the summer. The role involves providing behavioral support to students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and training school staff on behavior strategies. The position is part of Devereux Educational Strategies and Solutions (DESS), which aims to improve academic, behavioral, and emotional outcomes across educational settings.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral support to students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
