About The Position

Learning Care Group is hiring a School Age Teacher/Bus Driver for La Petite Academy. The role supports children's daily care and learning by following licensing guidelines and company standards, observing and assessing children, planning for their needs, communicating with families, and implementing the company's curriculum through fun, interactive learning experiences. The position includes extensive training on child care, preschool, and child development topics. Teachers must be able to work indoors and outdoors and participate in physical activity with children.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Be able to meet state education requirements and center requirements.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in the classroom.
• Observe and assess children and plan for their needs.
• Communicate effectively with families.
• Complete training on child care, preschool, and child development topics.
