About The Position

Emplify by Gundersen Health is seeking a motivated individual with strong phone etiquette, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail. This role requires the ability to multitask effectively while providing exceptional customer service. The Scheduling Specialist works directly with patients and is responsible for accurately scheduling appointments. This position is 0.9 FTE (36 hours weekly), Full-time, with a shift typically Monday-Friday, hours between 7am-4:30 pm. The role is located in La Crosse, WI for training and on-site days, and is hybrid eligible after on-site training (Approximately 1-2 days on-site required per week after training). The department is Cardiotesting (Cardiology), specifically scheduling for cardiac testing departments and exercise physiology.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 1 year experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities
• Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills
