Scheduling OR Coord- FT Days
About The Position
Assumes responsibility for scheduling all surgical procedures and pre-surgical testing appointments to ensure accurate and efficient surgical services are provided according to departmental policies and procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and general knowledge of high school subject matter, which may include sciences, simple medical procedures or terminology, or office equipment. Applicants need six months to one year of experience in this or related jobs in the organization. The role involves some manual skills, motor coordination, and finger dexterity. It has little or no potential for occupational risk, requires medium to heavy physical effort with force of up to 35 pounds, and may involve some exposure to dirt, odors, noise, human waste, and similar conditions.
