The Scheduling and Measurements Supervisor provides strategic leadership and oversight for Alyeska's Oil Measurement, Oil Scheduling, and Laboratory functions. This position is accountable for ensuring the accurate measurement, quality analysis, scheduling, accounting, and reporting of all crude oil movements through the Trans Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS). Acting as the TAPS Oil Movements Representative, this role serves as the primary point of contact between Alyeska and TAPS Owners, Carriers, Shippers, Refiners, Producers, Mariners, government agencies, and other stakeholders regarding oil accounting, scheduling, measurement, and crude quality activities. The position is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, data accuracy, and the effective coordination of crude oil transportation from nomination through final accounting. This role provides leadership for critical business processes that support safe, reliable, and efficient pipeline operations and is expected to support a 24/7 operating environment.
