The scheduling coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining caregiver schedules to ensure all client service hours are staffed appropriately and consistently. This position serves as a primary contact for caregivers and clients regarding scheduling needs, call outs, shift coverage, schedule changes, and service continuity. The Scheduling Coordinator works collaboratively with caregivers, clients, and internal departments to provide exceptional service, while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
