Requirements

  • Previous scheduling or staffing experience (home care preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office; scheduling software experience is a plus.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules for home care clients.
  • Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and client preferences.
  • Respond promptly to schedule changes, call-outs, and urgent staffing needs.
  • Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and office staff.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding new caregivers into the scheduling system.
  • Help ensure continuity of care and excellent customer service.
