Requirements

  • Home care scheduling experience is required
  • Experience using scheduling software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily schedules for caregivers and clients
  • Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and location
  • Fill open shifts quickly while minimizing overtime
  • Respond to call-outs and last-minute schedule changes
  • Communicate with caregivers, clients, and referral sources professionally
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
  • Assist with onboarding new caregivers and schedule orientation visits
  • Work closely with our nursing and recruiting teams to ensure quality client care
