About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one care for seniors in Acton, MA, and surrounding communities. We offer flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, weekends, block hours, and long-hour shifts. Requirements
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
- PCA, CNA, or caregiver experience is also welcomed
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility
- Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes
- Communicate changes in the client's condition with the care team
