Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Positive attitude with attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and web-based systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in recruiting, human resources, staffing, healthcare, home care, or office administration is preferred
  • Experience with Indeed, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or online recruiting
  • Home care, healthcare, or staffing industry experience
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Assist with hiring events
  • Guide new hires through the onboarding process
  • Verify employment documents and maintain personnel files
  • Coordinate references and pre-employment requirements
  • Answer applicant questions and provide an outstanding candidate experience
  • Communicate with office staff to support staffing needs
  • Maintain accurate hiring records and databases
