About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Home Care Education Nurse to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about mentoring caregivers, ensuring quality care, and helping healthcare professionals develop their skills. The nurse will play a key part in training, educating, and supporting the caregiving team while helping the agency maintain the highest standards of home care.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
• Passion for helping others grow professionally while delivering exceptional client care.

Nice To Haves

• Home care, hospice, or community health experience preferred.
• Previous teaching, training, or staff development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation and skills training for new caregivers, including Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Conduct competency evaluations and annual skills assessments.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
• Mentor caregivers and provide ongoing clinical support.
• Assist with quality assurance initiatives and client care reviews.
• Collaborate with office staff to promote excellent caregiver outcomes.
