Job Summary At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Scheduling Coordinator’s serve a key function on our projects and are a key role in our client's project success. This position requires above-average attention to detail, concern for the exact correctness of work, ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to tasks being completed on time. As the Scheduling Coordinator, you will effectively help the Installation Manager and Account Executive coordinate multiple crews by performing various coordinating tasks, such as job scheduling, expense management, monitoring project material, and inventory management issues, communicating with crew leaders, and handling installer administrative issues.
