Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
2+ years of relevant work experience
Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities

Responsibilities

Thoughtfully pair caregivers with clients by considering health needs, personality fit, skill level, and preferences to ensure clients feel supported and caregivers feel valued.
Act as the liaison between clients, families, and field staff, building trust, resolving challenges, and ensuring seamless communication.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules in the system, managing multiple moving parts, anticipating conflicts, and ensuring smooth operations.
Respond quickly to emergencies and last-minute changes, finding solutions that keep clients cared for and caregivers supported.
Monitor field staff activity, track attendance and reliability, and provide feedback to ensure accountability and recognize good work.
Creatively piece together schedules with calm focus and a client-first mindset, addressing different shifts, needs, and individuals.
Collaborate with branch teammates to maintain a positive, collaborative, and momentum-driven office environment.
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, answer questions, and set the tone for a caring relationship.
Utilize scheduling software and digital tools to keep records current, track caregiver availability, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Demonstrate flexibility by answering client questions, covering shift gaps, or supporting teammates due to cross-training.
