The Scheduling and Staffing Administrator supports store leadership through administrative duties related to staffing, scheduling, talent acquisition training, compliance, and payroll. The role maintains associate paperwork, organizes break and training rooms, and updates time and attendance records according to Lowe’s policies and procedures. It also assists the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in reviewing, scheduling, and processing prospective candidates through the talent acquisition process. The administrator supports a strong safety culture by handling administrative tasks related to Worker’s Compensation, General Liability, and Auto Claims. It does not require regular travel, though occasional travel to meetings, trainings, or neighboring stores may be needed. The role provides friendly, professional support to internal customers—including store leadership, HR, and Lowe’s associates—and external customers. It monitors driver and associate scheduling to help ensure merchandise is delivered on time and stocked efficiently, and it practices and encourages safe work practices. The role is generally scheduled for 39 to 40 hours per week as a full-time position; more hours may be required based on store needs. Morning, afternoon, and evening availability any day of the week is required. Requests for a specific day off require advance notification and supervisor approval. The associate must be able to lift at least 10 pounds without assistance and may need to lift more than 10 pounds, with or without assistance.
