Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a call center or a busy retail environment.
• Directly relevant experience as a market researcher or in evaluating customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Source independent contractors who can test out the customer experience at their local retail, grocery, take-out, and convenience stores.
• Support those independent contractors as needed, to ensure that our clients' customer experience measurement programs are completed to the highest quality and within required timelines, to provide the value those clients expect.
• Use natural creativity and energetic communication skills through a variety of communication media, including social media, AI tools and the telephone, to work within strict client deadlines and consistently achieve your goals.
