About The Position

Intouch Insight has been helping multi-location brands across North America turn customer feedback and operational data into action since 1992. As a Scheduling Agent, you will be recruiting and working with our database of independent contractors who perform research shopping assignments throughout the US and Canada and ensuring that our clients' research shopping programs have the best quality in the industry.

In this very busy environment, working with strict client deadlines, you will assign research shopping opportunities to existing contractors and provide them with support in successfully completing their evaluations.
