About The Position

The Florida Schedule Admin is responsible for the communication to and from the field supervisors on all material request and delivery scheduled dates. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.

Requirements

Minimum high school diploma/GED
Minimum 6 months of experience in production or related area
Basic knowledge of products and production processes
Must be at least 18 years of age
Detail Oriented
Ability to communicate with other.
Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English; ability read and write English
Ability to read and understand technical documents such as drawings
Ability to identify problems and find viable solutions
Ability to understand and use basic math and numbers, and to use a computer, and calculator
Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
Ability to work under indirect supervision
Ability to pass a drug test
Ability to work hours mandated by management

Responsibilities

Receive and respond to all correspondence by email.
Research any concerns on deliveries to the job sites.
Create EVPO’s for all additional material requested.
Contact the field supervisors for delivery date changes, confirmations on early deliveries, pending EVPO’s, etc.
Prepare all truss engineering packets to be delivered with truss material.
Maintain the schedule change request form.
Upload engineering documentations to each job folder.
Scan invoices for all material that are processed for each job folder.
Create and prepare QR Codes for material after built for tracking reports.
Prepares various reports and correspondence as required.
Maintain Truck transportation charges and logs for SunPass/E-pass tolls for material deliveries.
Performs other duties as required.
