About The Position

E-Logic is seeking a qualified Scheduler to support project planning, scheduling, and construction management activities at NSA Naples (Capodichino), Italy. The selected candidate will provide schedule development, analysis, and coordination support for a wide range of complex construction projects, including housing, medical, industrial, and waterfront facilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, or a minimum of ten (10) years of construction scheduling experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting construction projects of varying complexity, including projects valued at $25 million or greater.
  • Proficiency with: Primavera P6, Claim Digger, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project), Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Experience performing schedule reviews, schedule analysis, delay analysis, and construction scheduling assessments.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contractor schedules.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, develop, and analyze planning, design, and construction schedules for a broad range of projects, including housing, medical, industrial, and waterfront construction projects.
  • Review project scopes and develop reasonable construction durations to support Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and solicitation requirements.
  • Develop the Basis of Schedule (BoSE) and present schedule assumptions, methodologies, and recommendations to project sponsors and senior leadership.
  • Participate in the Cost Schedule Risk Analysis (CSRA) process, including schedule risk identification and assessment.
  • Review, evaluate, and analyze construction contractor cost-loaded Network Analysis Schedules (NAS).
  • Perform schedule analysis, including delay analysis and evaluation of contractor schedule impacts.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and FEAD/ROICC personnel regarding project schedules, milestones, progress tracking, and schedule-related issues.
  • Provide technical scheduling recommendations to support successful project execution and delivery.
