About The Position

The individual who fills this position will be responsible for scheduling appointments for initial, reassessment, status changes and client monitoring for recipients and applicants. Once the appointments are scheduled an appointment packet will be created, saved, and mailed to the recipient. Must make phone calls, find substitution appointments for assessors and reschedule appointments. Work side by side with CAS/CMS team for scheduling efficiency. The best candidate for this role will be someone who can multi-task through multiple windows and has experience working tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of scheduling experience preferred
  • At least one year’s experience working with older adults or people with disabilities, preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare, elderly, and disabled adult populations preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicaid preferred
  • Background check and Drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments for LT-PCS home assessments recipients
  • Handle high-volume calls interactions efficiently and accurately one day per week or as needed
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
  • Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
  • Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
