Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Background check and Drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of one year of scheduling experience preferred
  • At least one year’s experience working with older adults or people with disabilities, preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare, elderly, and disabled adult populations preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicaid preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Ability to adhere to OAAS and CSS departmental timelines
  • Effective time management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working tight deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task through multiple windows

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments for LT-PCS home assessments recipients
  • Handle high-volume calls interactions efficiently and accurately one day per week or as needed
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
  • Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
  • Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
  • Scheduling appointments for initial, reassessment, status changes and client monitoring for recipients and applicants.
  • Creating, saving, and mailing appointment packets to recipients.
  • Making phone calls, finding substitution appointments for assessors, and rescheduling appointments.
  • Working side by side with CAS/CMS team for scheduling efficiency.
