About The Position
The Scheduler works onsite in San Marcos, coordinating schedules for field staff serving home-based clients. The role requires home care agency or healthcare experience scheduling RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and HHAs. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and compensation is based on experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience scheduling RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and HHAs for home-based clients.
- Experience with caregiver EVV, payroll, and onboarding.
Nice To Haves
- Previous home care or healthcare operations experience is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience supporting fast-paced branch operations.
