About The Position

The Scheduler assists with various functions related to the efficient operation of registration and scheduling for various sites and departments at North Memorial Health. The position is based on-site in Robbinsdale and works day shifts. The role is part of the Non Contract work group and is non-exempt. The position offers health insurance benefits, with eligibility and plans based on work-group eligibility. Compensation is $19.07–$27.44 per hour, based on experience, and may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent (such as a GED).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• PC and keyboarding skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; work visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Previous scheduling and/or registration-related experience in a hospital, clinic, or physician's office.
• Knowledge of computerized scheduling systems.
• Knowledge of Epic scheduling.
