About The Position

Parametrix is seeking a Project Delivery Advisor/Scheduler to join their Advisory Services team in Seattle. This client-facing role involves working directly with clients and multidisciplinary project teams to develop and maintain various types of project schedules, including conceptual planning, baseline design, integrated project, and detailed construction schedules. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients with project planning and delivery challenges to ensure successful project outcomes. The team serves clients in the water/wastewater, transit, transportation, environmental, and construction management sectors, focusing on building strong client relationships and delivering impactful community solutions. This role offers close collaboration with clients, project managers, technical specialists, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in project planning, development, scheduling, and/or risk management for infrastructure projects.
• 9+ years of experience in project planning, development, scheduling, and/or risk management for infrastructure projects (for Senior Scheduler role).
• Strong organizational skills, especially in tracking project details and managing schedules.
• Experience in cost management and earned value analysis.
• Proficiency in using software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Track project details with a focus on project control practices such as cost management and earned value analysis.
• Review and analyze project development and construction schedules.
• Prepare detailed status reports to inform project delivery plans.
• Use software like Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 to manage schedules.
