In addition to scheduling, this position supports the accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll and ensures compliance with company policies and regulations. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Maintains high standards of ethics and confidentiality.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to frequent changes.
  • Follows instructions and takes responsibility for tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with scheduling/payroll software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage daily, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules for resident services team members, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper staffing levels.
  • Proactively communicate schedule changes, open shifts, and policies to staff; keep management informed of staffing issues.
  • Monitor team member time and attendance records, and assist with accurate, timely processing of bi-weekly payroll.
  • Respond to payroll/timekeeping inquiries, maintain staff confidentiality, and track FMLA/LOA/Worker’s Compensation in collaboration with HR.
