About The Position
This is an entry-level support role on the shop floor. The Talent is responsible for creating, coordinating, and tracking shipments through SAP, including complete goods – items built and shipping out. The role also involves supporting service shipments, acting as a key contact for shop floor issues, and tracking parts' estimated timelines and completion. The position requires intermediate-level Excel experience and the ability to provide shipment tracking and status updates to buyers and internal stakeholders using Microsoft products such as Outlook and Teams.
Requirements
- Excel experience intermediate level.
- Use of Microsoft products such as Outlook, Teams.
- Strong communication.
- Organization - must be extremely organized.
- SAP experience - can be trained.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- HS Diploma minimum.
