About The Position
You would be working with our Life & Annuities division to support various functions. End users depend on you for the quick, accurate routing of all correspondence relating to policy and claim files.

Responsibilities
- Research incoming correspondence and receivable payments for document categorization, account identification, and proper routing to various business areas
- Inspect, prepare and digitize incoming physical mail utilizing data capture software
- Complete security scans of external media prior to upload of materials
- Convert large digital files for compatibility and fit within enterprise document storage systems
- Maintain accurate logs for payments received via mail.
- Maintain internal tracking of priority, certified, and overnight packages.
- Troubleshoot, report, and repair erroneous digitized records and follow business rules for reporting and correction
- Follow records and retention protocol and schedule through storage and destruction of physical files
