About The Position

Seeking a senior, hands-on techno-functional Product Manager / BSA with deep SAP Finance and Treasury expertise. This is a hands-on, techno-functional role requiring extensive SAP FI foundations and significant Treasury implementation experience, particularly in advanced Treasury transformations like TMS and FSCM, encompassing cash management, forecasting, FX risk management, and Treasury operations. The candidate will lead or significantly own SAP Treasury implementations end-to-end, understanding Treasury's integration with FI, AP/AR, MM, accounting, and downstream processes. The role demands a true Subject Matter Expert (SME) capable of operating independently in a metrics-driven environment and hitting the ground running with minimal guidance. This is not a strategy-only or oversight role; the candidate must be hands-on, comfortable working daily in the system, writing and grooming user stories, translating business needs into technical requirements, collaborating closely with engineering teams, and participating fully in Agile delivery. Experience in a subscription or SaaS business model is strongly preferred to reduce ramp-up time and ensure faster understanding of revenue, accounting, and Treasury flows. The candidate should be San Jose-based, experienced working with senior finance stakeholders (Treasury, Accounting, Tax, AP/AR), and possess a driver mentality.

Requirements

Deep SAP FI with deep Treasury expertise.
SAP Treasury implementations (TMS, FSCM, cash management, FX, forecasting).
Hands-on Product Manager / BSA experience (techno-functional).
End-to-end implementation ownership.
Strong accounting & Treasury process knowledge.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical stories.
Deep, day-to-day hands-on experience in SAP Treasury (TRM).
Hands-on experience in Cash Management.
Hands-on experience in In-House Banking.
Hands-on experience in Treasury Payments.
Hands-on experience in Securities / FX / Risk Exposure.
Hands-on experience in Hedging: Cash flow hedging and Balance sheet hedging.
Configuration-level understanding of SAP Treasury.
Experience integrating SAP Treasury with Bloomberg (market data).
Experience integrating SAP Treasury with trading platforms (e.g., 360T, FXall).
Experience integrating SAP Treasury with other third-party Treasury systems.
Understanding end-to-end data flow across systems.
Experience working with senior finance stakeholders (Treasury, Accounting, Tax, AP/AR).
Driver mentality.
