About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP Support Manager with expertise in S/4HANA, Warehouse Management (WM), Logistics, and Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate will have a strong techno-functional background, with at least three full life cycle implementations and proven support experience. This role involves leading a delivery team on both small and large projects, troubleshooting issues, and recommending solutions that align business requirements with standard SAP functionality. While the position is primarily remote, some travel to Canada is required. Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus, as the role is with a Canadian healthcare corporation.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of SAP hands-on experience as an SAP implementation consultant in SAP MM, SD, LE, and WM modules and/or SRM/Ariba.
• At least 1 S/4HANA end-to-end implementation experience.
• At least three E2E SAP ECC implementation experiences.
• Leading expertise in Purchasing, Inventory Management, Logistics Execution, and Warehouse Management.
• Hands-on experience with Release Strategy for procurement.
• Expert knowledge on the full process around Consignment processing.
• Experience with WM RF solution.
• Functional expert for warehouse management processes including put away, picking, physical inventory, and replenishments.
• Deep understanding of material requirements planning and analyzing the results.
• Expert in inter and intra-plant stock transfers with and without outbound delivery processes.
• Fully conversant with master data uploads and able to provide expertise on data load objects related to SCM.
• Knowledge of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) is a plus, understanding its features like Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, Electronic Compliance Reporting, integration with SAP S/4HANA, and centralized data management.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the deliverables of the functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget.
• Act as a "hands-on" Techno-functional consultant on SAP applications.
• Prepare and review project deliverables, including benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process master list (BPML), business process design document, to-be functional design, baseline configurations (IMG), process maps, control matrices, testing scenarios, user acceptance tests, and business process procedures, ensuring they meet project objectives.
• Write functional specifications with an expert-level understanding of SAP standard Tables, BAPIs, and Badi's.
• Demonstrate good understanding and knowledge of workflows.
• Lead design workshops with the client.
• Contribute to the knowledge base of the SAP Practice.
• Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SMEs, and a network of professional organizations or affiliations.
