About The Position

Accenture’s SAP practice is seeking a transformation expert adept with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. This role involves solving clients' most complex business problems using SAP systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in teams, leading projects, and diving into workstream details and system configuration. Opportunities to work remotely in the US are available, with travel as needed to client sites.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Talent.
• Certified in SuccessFactors Performance and Goals and Succession Management.
• Experience leading small teams in a global delivery model.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management processes.
• Ability to grasp a solution, talk about its business objective, and configure the solution and tools.
• Experience in managing and delivering projects.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment among diverse project participants.

Responsibilities

• Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP.
• Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs.
• Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project).
• Give clients options for designs using prototypes.
• Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go.
• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
• Renewal of existing recruitment processes.
• Facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects.
• Provide functional guidance and expertise as well as documenting to be system workflow steps.
• Provide insight into functional technical considerations for implementation.
