About The Position

Our client is a leading, innovative force in the energy sector, committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive business transformation. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Lead to join their team on a critical 12-month contract. This role is pivotal in supporting and optimizing their global Talent Management suite, with a primary focus on Recruiting (RCM) and deep integration expertise. This is an onsite opportunity for a hands-on configuration expert who thrives in a complex enterprise environment and is passionate about building seamless talent acquisition and management experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) configuration experience, beyond just functional usage.
  • Proven expertise in Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession, and Talent Intelligence Hub .
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center, APIs, and data mapping .
  • Deep knowledge of Recruiting Employee Central / Onboarding integration points and data flows.
  • Experience supporting integrations with external vendors for background checks, assessments, and job boards.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex hiring scenarios and troubleshoot system issues in a large enterprise environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Note: This is an onsite role in Juno Beach, FL. Candidates must be eligible to work on a W2 contract basis for the duration of the project.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead for SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules, with deep hands-on configuration in Recruiting (RCM), Performance & Goals, Succession, and Talent Intelligence Hub.
  • Design, configure, and maintain complex Recruiting elements: job requisitions, application templates, candidate profiles, route maps, permissions, and offer processes.
  • Manage and troubleshoot critical system integrations, including the seamless flow from Recruiting to Employee Central (EC) and Onboarding.
  • Utilize Integration Center, APIs, and data mapping to support inbound/outbound data flows with internal systems and external vendors (e.g., background checks, assessments, job boards).
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to inter-module data persistence, timing, and complex hiring scenarios (new hire, internal hire, cross-boarding, rehires).
  • Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and guidance to functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
