We're looking for a Talent Management Lead to own how we evaluate, develop, and advance our people. You'll design and run performance cycles, build the frameworks managers use to make calibration and promotion decisions, and create the career architecture that helps our team grow. This isn't a program maintenance role — it's a builders role. You'll work closely with People and Compensation leadership to ensure our talent infrastructure is rigorous, fair, and scales with the company.
