About The Position

Accenture’s SAP practice is seeking a transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. This role involves using know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. The individual will be comfortable working in teams and leading projects, as well as diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Travel to client sites is expected regularly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of 3 years SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources
  • Certified in SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems
  • Certified in at least one other SF space i.e. PMGM, Training, recruiting, etc
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)
  • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.

  • Advanced in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals or advanced in SAP HCM Training & Event Management or advanced in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
  • Knowledge of SAP’s business development process and ability to help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more
  • Master in external stakeholder communications

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess LMS requirements for an upcoming SAP SuccessFactors implementations
  • Provide advisory on key client decisions relating to Learning Management System functionality
  • Use business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
  • Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
  • Wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and may need to be in charge
  • Run the workstream and/or project activities
  • Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
  • Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
  • Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
  • Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
  • Use effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment among diverse project participants.
